Alice Marie Brundage of Charlotte, Michigan, age 76 passed away on Wednesday, July 2, 2014 after an extended illness. Alice was born March 24, 1938 in Medina Township of Lenawee County the daughter of Herman and Elizabeth (Sheldon) Kardatzke and had been a Charlotte resident for 55 years. She was a Graduate of Sand Creek High School and had served in the U. S. Naval Reserve. She had been employed by the Eaton County Friend Of The Court with over 30 years of service and prior to that had been employed at Montgomery Wards Store and Century Mutual Insurance Co. of Charlotte. She was a member of the Crossroads Church of the United Brethren in Christ, the Eaton Area Senior Center and was an avid Doll collector. Surviving are: her husband of 55 years, Raymond Brundage; 3 sons, Donald (Lisa) Brundage of Charlotte, Douglas (Cynthia) Brundage of McComb, MI and Troy Brundage of Charlotte; 5 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren and 11 brothers & sisters. Funeral services will be held at 1:30 PM Monday, July 7, 2014 at the Burkhead-Green Funeral Home of Charlotte with Rev. Michael Arnold officiating. Interment in the Maple Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Sunday from 2-4 & 6-8 PM at the Funeral Home. Memorial contributions may go to the Alzheimers Association, 2111 University Park Dr., Ste.200, Okemos, MI 48864.
