Althea Fluke

Althea Hellen Fluke, born in December 1933, bid farewell to this world in September 2023, leaving behind cherished memories and a legacy of love. Althea was preceded in death by her parents, Dorothy and Stanley Vorce, and her husband, Robert L Fluke, but her spirit lives on in the hearts of those she leaves behind.

Althea is survived by her three loving children: Robert D Fluke, Michelle (Robert) Mills, and Earl Fluke. Her presence will also forever be cherished by her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, a testament to the love and joy she brought into their lives.

Althea's life was marked by her deep affection for Northern Michigan, where she found solace and beauty in the natural surroundings. Her keen eye for bargains made her a master of thrift, always on the lookout for the best deals. She also loved the thrill of the game- whether at the casino or playing bingo- enjoying the camaraderie and the excitement.

Althea's passing leaves a void that cannot be filled, but her memory will continue to bring warmth and comfort to all who were fortunate to know her. Her laughter, wisdom, and unwavering love will be greatly missed, and her legacy will endure in the hearts of her family and friends.

In honoring Althea's memory, we celebrate a life well-lived, full of love, laughter, and a genuine appreciation for the simple pleasures. May she find eternal peace, and may her loved ones find solace in the cherished moments they shared with her.
