Ander Richard Cardillo

Ander Richard Cardillo of Olivet, MI, died peacefully at home on March 15, 2016 at the age of 83. Richard was born in Holly, NY, March 26, 1932. He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Shirley (Schrum) Cardillo and daughter Cathy Fitzner (Steve). He loved and enjoyed his two grandsons, Michael Fitzner (8 yrs old) and John Fitzner (4yrs old). He is also survived by his brother Arnold Cardillo (Mary Lou) and their three children, Susan Nolen, Richard Cardillo (Deanne) and Sandra Shifrin (Jeff) along with five great nephews and three great nieces. He is preceded in death by his two sisters, Ruth Cardillo and Lorraine Cardillo. Richard retired from Owens-Illinois Glass Company as Traffic Manager in 1982. He then spent his free time farming, golfing, hunting and especially enjoyed raising and showing Quarter Horses and English Pointers with his wife and daughter.
