Carolyn Joyce Kendra

Carolyn J. Kendra, age 77, of Charlotte died Saturday, Sept. 27, 2014 at her residence. Carolyn was born May 24, 1937, in Muskegon, MI, the daughter of Ralph and Lulu Belle (Hill) McKay. She was retired from AE of Charlotte and was a member of the Eagles Aerie #3552. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jerome Kendra, her parents and sister Bev. Surviving are: her four children, Pamela (Lee) Dingwell, Sandra (Jim) Brzycki, Randy (Denise) Kendra, all of Charlotte, Dennis (Gayle) Kendra of Miami, Florida. Grandchildren: Lee Jr. & David Dingwell, Jennifer (Dan) Lundquist, Joshua Brzycki, Roxanne Post, Eli (Sarah) Kendra, Zach (Tim) Kendra, Lexi (Bryan) Cousino and Shayne Kendra. Great Grandchildren: Carliegh & Ali Lundquist, Hailey Post, Sadie & Lucy Kendra, Olivia & Isabelle Cousino. Brother Alan McKay and Sister Sharon Dawe. At Carolyn’s request, cremation has taken place. There will be no visitation. A Family Memorial will be held. Memorial contributions may be made to the Hospice of one’s choice.
