Dora Ann Harmon of Olivet, MI, age 91, passed away on Monday, Feb. 1, 2016 at the Borgess Medical Center in Kalamazoo. Ann was born June 7, 1924 in Allegan, MI the daughter of David Frank and Alice Lucille (Lucas) Blaine and had been an Olivet resident since 1957. With her late husband, George Harmon had owned and operated the former Georgeanns Café in Olivet. More recently had worked as an event scheduler for Duck Lake Country Club and Walnut Hills Country Club. She and her husband spent many winters in Ruskin, Florida. She enjoyed traveling and especially enjoyed her family. Surviving are: three children, Frank (Jolinda) Harmon of Charlotte, Kathleen Ingram of Olivet and Terry (Jeana) Harmon of Escanaba; son-in-law. Gene Sadowski of Olivet; eleven grandchildren, Kevin & Kelly Sadowski, Deric, Darren and Deana Harmon, Candace Kelley, Tony & Lori Ingram, Shannon Marshall, Fawn Morrow and Cherish Baker; 22 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren and 1 on the way. She was preceded in death by: her parents; husband, George M. Harmon; daughter, Shirlie Sadowski; brothers, William & Arthur and sisters, Phyllis & Dorothy. Cremation has taken place.
