Esther L. Dolman

Esther Lucile Dolman, age 87, of Potterville, stepped into eternity to be with her Lord and Savior on Thursday, June 15, 2017. She was born December 8, 1929 in Lansing, Michigan, the daughter of Ransom and Myrtle (Yuncker) Helmker. Esther graduated from Lansing Eastern High School in 1949. She loved and cared for many different children through the years. Esther married Frank Dolman on June 12, 1959 in Lansing. She enjoyed playing skipbo and other games and visiting with family and friends. Esther also adored her grandchildren and enjoyed traveling to Minnesota to visit her daughter and family. She volunteered for Toys for Tots for many years and was an active member of the Capital City Church of God. Esther is survived by her children; Amy (Jim) Fatur, Ann (Chris) Brooks, Anita (Ron) Saba, Alan (Kim) Dolman and Arnold (Becky) Dolman; 13 Grandchildren and 7 Great Grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband Frank in 2007; and her brothers, Paul (June) Helmker and Howard (Rebecca) Helmker. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, June 24, 2017 at 11:00 A.M. at the Capitol City Church of God with Pastor Danny Stoneham officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Those desiring may make memorial contributions in Esther’s name to the Capitol City Church of God.
