Evonne Kay Kettner

Evonne Kay Kettner of Charlotte, MI, age 76, passed away peacefully on Monday, August 11, 2014 at Eaton Community Palliative Care. She was born January 27, 1938 in Charlotte the daughter of William DuRay and Eunice Grace (Beduhn) Edson. She was a 1956 Graduate of Charlotte High School and retired from Hayes-Green-Beach Hospital in 1989. Evonne was preceded in death by her parents and husband, John Kettner in 1984. Surviving to cherish her memory are her daughters, Dana Montford of Charlotte and Diana (Marc) Petersen of Dorr; her grandsons, Joshua and DuRay Petersen; her sister, Deonne (Edward) Towe of Woodinville, WA; three nephews and very special friend, Janette Lewis. Per Mom’s request, there will be no service. Memorial contributions may be made in Evonne’s name to Eaton Community Palliative Care, 2675 S. Cochran Rd., Charlotte, MI 48813.
