Gail Hill-Haske

Gail Hill-Haske, age 67, of Holt, passed away peacefully at her home on Tuesday, February 2, 2021. She was born January 15, 1954, in Charlotte the daughter of Max and Madeline Hill. Gail graduated from Waverly High School in 1972. She went on to earn her Bachelor’s Degree in Education. Gail had a passion for education and loved teaching Spanish to her students. She had a huge heart and was always concerned about the needs of others. Gail loved her family and cherished the time they were able to spend together. She enjoyed cooking, baking, and reading in her spare time. Gail is survived by her children: Rachel (Levi) Haske of Vermontville, Jacob Haske of South Bend, Indiana; grandchildren: Linnea, Oliver, Elias; and brother, Marvin (Agnes) Hill of Charlotte. She was preceded in death by her parents. In keeping with Gail’s wishes, cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held at a later date.
