Glenna Marie Mackey

Glenna M. (Naylor) Mackey age 74 of Charlotte, died Monday, April 5, 2010 at the Willowwood Manor A. F. C. Home in Delta Township after a short illness. Mrs. Mackey was born June 11, 1935 in Belmont, Ohio, the daughter of Glen and Eva (VanPelt) Naylor. She was a retired employee of General Motors in Lansing with about 25 years of service. Surviving are: her son, Chris Mackey of Charlotte; her daughter, Sharon Mackey of Kansas City, KS; 2 grand sons; 1 great grandchild; 3 sisters, Lila Swift of Leslie, MI, Alma Bidelman of Mason, MI and Carol Troutman of North Carolina and nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by an infant sister, Marilyn Naylor. Per Mrs. Mackey’s wishes, cremation has taken place. There will be no visitation. Memorial services will be held at 12 Noon Saturday, April 10, 2010 at the Burkhead-Green Funeral Home in Charlotte.
