Jack Raymond Ballard, age 90, of Charlotte, formerly of Marion, Indiana, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, December 8, 2020. In keeping with Jack's wishes, cremation has taken place and a private burial will take place in Marion, Indiana at a later date.
