Jason Edward Wahl

Jason Edward Wahl, age 83, of Charlotte passed away on Wednesday, October 12, 2022. Jason was born on January 24, 1939 in Jackson, Michigan to Howard and Betty (Piatt) Wahl. He spent his growing up years in Waterloo, Michigan, where he attended school and graduated. Jason married Patti Roth in Mason, Michigan, in 1985. They recently celebrated their 37th anniversary!

Jason was a true jack-of-all-trades. He loved to build. He was also a terrific mechanic and woodworker. Jason worked as a tool and die maker. His son, Steve, remembers him as being a handyman in the fullest sense of the word. Jason drove truck delivering fuel for McLaren for over 30 years. He loved his family and will be deeply missed.

Jason is survived by his loving wife, Patti; daughter, Lisa, of Bellevue; son, Mitchell, of Wayne; son, Steven, of Jackson; step-daughter, Lisa, of Jackson; six grandchildren; one great grandchild; sister, Linda; brother, Les; and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Following Jason’s wishes, cremation has taken place and no funeral services will be held.
