Jonas Lownsbery

Jonas Lownsbery, age 47, of Carson City, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, March 18, 2022, at his home. Jonas was born January 26, 1975, in Lansing the son of Anthony and Sona (Henderson) Lownsbery. He was a loving and caring father, grandfather, son, and friend. Jonas had a heart of gold and was always helping others in need. He enjoyed woodworking and tinkering around his shop. Jonas had a deep appreciation for music and loved playing the guitar. Jonas is survived by his daughter, Emily (Mark) Lamarte of Belding; special son, Caleb Spencer of Greenville; grandson, Theodore Quinn Lamarte; mother, Sona Lee Henderson of Carson City; sister, Lori (Pat) Gondek of Carson City, Diana (Ed Doolittle) Avery of Carson City; and special friends: Josh Paulsen and David Archibeque. He was preceded in death by his father. No funeral services are being planned at this time. Those desiring, may make contributions to the family.
