Marlyn Jean Clements of Nashville, MI, age 74 died Friday, April 5, 2013 at her residence with her family at her side. Marlyn was born October 25, 1938 in Windsor Township, Eaton County the daughter of Lawrence L. and Eleanor (Cole) Tyler. She was a 1957 Graduate of Charlotte High School and had worked outside the home but was mainly a housewife. She had served in the Ministry with her husband for over 53 years. She was currently a member of the New Hope Community Church of Charlotte. Surviving are: her husband of almost 55 years, Pastor Darrell Clements; 6 children, Rosa Marie (Ronald J.) Lea of Webbers Falls, OK, Julia Rowse of Nashville, MI, Darrell L. (Joanne) Clements, Jr. of Nashville, Lola June Cook of Nashville, John William (Erin) Clements of Battle Creek and Victoria Ann (Mark) Sanders of Sault Ste, Marie, MI; 25 grandchildren; 32 great grandchildren; 2 sisters, Leona Martens and Karen (Darrell) Reid and 4 brothers, DeWayne (Nancy) Tyler, Larry (Bonnie) Tyler, Lyle (Irma) Tyler and Gareth (Alicia) Tyler. She was preceded in death by: her Parents, Sisters, Arlene, Donna, Carol and twin sister, Marvel and brothers, Lowell, Daniel and Neal Tyler. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 A. M. Tuesday, April 9, 2013 at the Burkhead-Green Funeral Home, Charlotte with Pastors Randy Royston and Perry Purcell officiating. Interment will be in the Maple Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Monday from 4-8 P.M. at the Funeral Home.
