Michael Lawrence Bailey

Michael Lawrence Bailey of Charlotte, MI, age 43, died Friday, Dec. 21, 2012 at the Eaton Community Palliative Care in Charlotte. Mike was born Feb. 14, 1969 in Lansing, MI the son of Larry E. and Jennie (Davis) Bailey and had lived most of his life in the Eaton County area. He was a 1988 Graduate of Charlotte High School and had been employed as a commercial carpenter for about 16 years with the William Reichenbach Co. of Lansing. Surviving are: his mother & step-father, Jennie and Terry Gilding of Charlotte; his father & step-mother, Larry and Vicky Bailey of Eaton Rapids; sister, Kimberly Bailey of Lansing; step-sisters, Shelene (Dave) Hahn of Lansing and Marcy (Matt) Billings of Irvine, CA; step-brothers, Rob (Rita) Sweet of Dansville and Michael Bulos of Lansing; step-sisters, Laura Klinger and Jennifer (Sam) Williams both of Eaton Rapids and grandmother, Jeanne Gilding of Cottonwood, AZ. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P. M. Wednesday, Dec. 26, 2012 at the Burkhead-Green Funeral Home of Charlotte with Rev. Charles Jenson officiating. Visitation will be held also on Wednesday from 11:00 A. M until 1:00 P.M. prior to the funeral services. Interment will be in the Maple Hill Cemetery.
