Paul Joseph Smith

Paul Joseph Smith, age 63, of Charlotte, passed away on Friday, December 17, 2021. Paul was born January 5, 1958, in Trenton, Michigan, the son of Joseph and Evelyn (Charboneau) Smith. Paul enjoyed music his entire life and was an excellent drummer and guitar player. He also enjoyed spending time outdoors fishing or hunting. Paul cherished his children and grandchildren and loved spending time together with them. Paul is survived by his seven children: Stacey Smith, Sean Smith, Stephanie Smith, Jesse Laskowski, Michael Laskowski, Austin Smith, and Aundrianna Smith; 11 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; and sisters: Jerri, Melinda, and Lou Ann. He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Darlene. In keeping with Paul’s wishes, cremation has taken place and no services are being planned at this time.
