Phillip J. Kuk

Phillip J. Kuk, age 45 of Olivet, MI, died Thursday, Oct. 22, 2009 at the Bronson Methodist Hospital in Kalamazoo. Phil was born March 18, 1964 in Charlotte, MI the son of Ron and Karla (Weaver) Kuk and had lived in the South Bend and the Charlotte area most of his life. He was a Graduate of Springport High School and had been employed at the Eaton Intermediate School District. Survivors include: his significant other, Tracey Moreno of Olivet; 3 sons, Tyler Kuk of Olivet, Cody Kuk of Nashville, MI and Mason Kuk of Parma; grandson, Zander Kuk; 1 brother, Darin Kelley, Sr. of Olivet; 1 sister, Lisa Newsome of Springport; uncle, Raymond Dale Weaver of Barryton, MI and aunt, Karen Williams of Jacksonville, FL. He was preceded in death by his parents. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P. M. Tuesday, October 27, 2009 at the Burkhead-Green Funeral Home, Charlotte with Pastor Ellis Howard officiating. Interment will be in the Hunt (North Clarence) Cemetery, Springport. Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 9:00 A. m. until time of services at the Funeral Home.
