Roger Lloyd Haun

Roger L. Haun, age 63 of Charlotte, MI, died Friday May 17, 2013 at the Eaton Community Palliative Care with his loving family at his side. Roger was born Feb. 26, 1950 in Battle Creek, MI the son of Lloyd and Barbara (Crilly) Haun and was a life resident of the Olivet and Charlotte area. He was a 1968 Graduate of Olivet High School and had been employed at the Oldsmobile Division of General Motors in Lansing retiring in 2001 after 30 years of service. He enjoyed riding his “Harley.” Surviving are: his wife of almost 38 years, Louise (Maggard) Haun; Daughters, Heather (Mark) Zaremba of Marshall, Holly (Brian) Lahr of Charlotte and Aleisha (Andy) Birgy of Kingsley; 8 grandchildren, Gavin, Grant & Gracen Zaremba, Paige, Cassidy & Alley Lahr and Maddy & Haley Birgy; Sisters, Marilyn Haun and Joyce (Bill) Welch both of Charlotte and Brother, Ronald (Liz) Haun of Olivet. He was preceded in death by his parents. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P. M. Tuesday, May 21, 2013 at the Burkhead-Green Funeral Home, Charlotte with Rev. Charles Jenson and Rev. Mark Booth officiating. Interment will be in the Bosworth Cemetery, Olivet. Visitation will be held on Monday, May 20, 2013 from 2-4 & 6-8 P.M. at the Funeral Home.
