Vicki Lyn Mcfarlane

Vicki Lyn McFarlane, age 69, of Charlotte, passed away Monday, December 17, 2018, at Sparrow Hospital in Lansing, with her family by her side. She was born July 30, 1949, in St. Johns the daughter of Robert W. and Barbara J. (Marshall) Williams. Vicki went on to graduate from Sexton High School in Lansing with the class of 1967. On August 5, 1967, Vicki, married Thomas J. McFarlane at Holy Cross Catholic Church in Lansing. Family was of the utmost importance to Vicki and she cherished the time they spent together. Whether it was at a family BBQ or just spending quality time around the table Vicki loved it all. Her grandchildren brought her great joy and she was proud of each of them. Vicki retired from the Michigan State Police after many years of service. Vicki is survived by her husband of 51 years, Tom; daughters: Cathy (Mark) Franco of Kalamazoo, Kim (Luis) Rolon of Kalamazoo; grandchildren: Dominic Franco, Daniel Franco, Daniela Rolon, Lilyana Rolon; siblings: Bob Williams Jr., Steve (Rhonda) Williams, Cindy Long; sister-in-law, Maureen McFarlane Wahl and our special family in California. She was preceded in death by her parents. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, December 22, 2018, at 11 A.M. at St. Mary Catholic Church in Charlotte with Rev. Fr.
